- Help I'm new and I don't know what I need!
I can develop most film but to pay for the correct development you need to know what process it is. Most colour film is process C-41 and it will say so on the cannister. Black and white films will usually say that on the label too. If it says colour positive or reversal that will be slides with process E-6.
I currently process 35mm and 120 film. If you have a different format of roll film such as 110 or 127 I do not currently develop it.

- I souped my film, can you process it?
No. Please don't soup film. Film is processed alongside other rolls and souped film is likely to ruin both the developing chemistry and other peoples film. If you send it in anyway I will charge you and return it undeveloped.
- I think I opened the back of my camera / I'm not sure if my camera is working
Send it in, if the film is ruined I can possibly suggest the cause of the problem. Scanning costs will be refunded if there's nothing to scan.
- Can you repair my broken camera?
No, this is not a service that I offer.
- Can you sell me more film?
Not currently. I can suggest places to buy it from however.
